Frances Armstrong Now
in Grade 12, Frances began piano studies at age nine. A rising star,
she has been a consistent scholarship winner from 2005 to 2011 (Langley
Community Music School Festival and Kiwanis Festivals), top Kiwanis
award winner, and is the 2011 recipient of the prestigious “Chopin”
award. Frances is currently a student of acclaimed teacher Alan Crane,
of the newly-formed Vancouver Symphony Orchestra School, and has
studied with Anton Kuerti, Jane Hayes, the Bergmann piano duo, and
received remote instruction from Paul Sheftal, of the Julliard School
of Music. |
